América Móvil is optimistic about the potential of technology and connectivity in shaping a brighter future and enhancing
the quality of people's lives. Our goal is to foster the creation of a connected society that not only propels socio-economic
progress but also inclusively accommodates everyone while remaining mindful of our environmental responsibilities.
In alignment with our commitment to sustainability and in response to the benchmarks set by some international organizations
such as the UN Global Compact (UNGC), América Móvil has initiated on a journey to reach its sustainability targets. This involves the
implementation of a comprehensive approach to assess and enhance performance across all aspects of our business in line with
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
As one of the leading telecommunications operators worldwide and given our geographic footprint, we can have a significant impact
on at least 10 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Therefore, América Móvil released its Sustainable Financing Framework in October 2022. In this context, América Móvil issued its
first sustainable bond in November 2022 ($21,746 million pesos). The proceeds were directed to finance or refinance projects
specifically designed to advance América Móvil's sustainability objectives. With this, América Móvil moves forward in the integration
of sustainability into its business strategy.

MIT, Khan Academy, La Sorbonne among others, to work together to benefit the environment, biodiversity, culture, and

towards this goal.
